Casa Leonarda

Casa Leonarda, an old house built in the 19th century, was restructured in 2005 and transformed in a holiday home. It is located in Montefiore, an historic village near the sea (10 minutes away), the Comunità Montana (40 minutes away), and near main tourist centres. Thanks to its position, Casa Leonarda boasts a panoramic view over the open countryside towards the sea. The thick walls of the house and an air conditioning system assure a good inside temperature which counteracts hot summers.
These characteristics make Casa Leonarda suitable for holidays, meetings and events, and also for walking, hiking and cross-country imersed in the surrounding nature.
